has anyone got a build date for the golf R yet?

Been looking on the forum for a while and am considering a golf r for the summer, currently have a RS clio 197 but want something a little more stealth and a bit more solid. Been an admirer of VW for a while with both my parents enjoying the brand.

Hoping to do a PCP over 42 months and just wondered what sort of offers are peolpe currently getting on PCP, if people could PM me that would be great.

It DOES say this if you get the spec sheet.  It is quite hard to find though!

For the people who've been saying a black R looks like any other Golf... the shadow blue is even more the case!
Not a fan at all... its far too subtle and quite frankly boring!
That makes the red Autocar one look good!
Each to their own though - its just an opinion 

I'm getting a test drive next Saturday (TBC) but I can't wait!  Looking forward to your thoughts on the testdrive SC.

What colour was it?, I´m still thinking about changing mine (blue).. don´t know what to do.. should I get it in Black?, Blue?,White?

Blue Graphite. Very subtle.

For me this is the best Golf I have ever seen!!!!. ....what a terrific colour ...somehow this colour suits the R a lot better than the GTI and I cannot say why....

Have to agree.... that colour with 19" would kick a$$!!

So, we've seen pictures of the R in red, white, black, silver, grey and rising blue, but not blue graphite or shadow blue - next challenge for you SilverChariot?

I guess it must be the framerate of the camera, but the rear LEDs look like they're going mental on the R.  either that or he's braking whilst accelerating!  LOL
