For info, when picking up the car yesterday, got told that they no longer supply the bottle of oil. I don't know if it was specifically this dealer or VW in whole.


Ditto - I understand that this was a MkV thing only


Mk6 Golf GTI 5dr, DBP, Monza Shadow, Xenons, ACC, RCD510, Park Assist, Camera, Lux pack.... and now bluetooth.... and now DSG!

Hmm, got my oil in my MkVI, so did plenty of others?

Seems like some did and some didn't. Perhaps some garages had spares from the MkV left over?

Who knows...

Several times I was left with a bottle of oil after the Peugeot was serviced.  Unfortunately I didn't have any idea what I was supposed to do with it, so it was all a bit of a waste!
