Now to get fitted!

Well i ordered a blue forge t.i.p from dpm performance weds night and it arrived this morning was waiting for me when i got home from work  :smiley: sorted the jubilee clips out and its ready to fit  :grin: hopefully sunday  :cool:


Also today i had an e-mail from damian @ dpm to tell me that i can cut my faulty rear arb for the pic for whiteline as they are in stock  :smiley: so that will be done over the weekend and have to run without it until i get my new one sent out to me hopefully early next week  :cry:

boy am I glad the derv TIP is considered to be pretty good in the first place and not worth upgrading  :laugh: :laugh:

 :laugh: i have read about that hex screw had a quick look earlier from the top down  :cry: how the fcuk do you acess it from underneath  :laugh: wes i like your comment  :grin: am not the most patient person in the world  :lipsrsealed:

just take your time with it, don't get excited like i do and think it'll slide in easily... it won't lol

airbox out so you can just about get a long extension wobbly socket to the allen bolt holding the water pipe bracket. you can unclip the other hose and pop the clips out of the holder for a bit more room.

sometimes though.. the damn hose just refuses to go over the turbo flange :grin: you get paranoid and check to see if you have the right TIP

cheers chris :afro: although i was reluctant to remove the airbox as i have siliconed sealed the dsg intake pipe  :rolleyes: unless i unbolt the 10mm nut and carefully remove the base and intake in one assembly  :laugh: i best get the samaritans number to hand then  :grin: :grin:
