Wheel bore adaptors?
« on: 06 October 2009, 09:28 »
Is it possible to get adaptors to change the bore width of alloys? Just wondering if it was possible to fit 5x100 alloys with bore 54.1mm onto the Mk3 with bore 57.1mm. And any alternative to having the centre bore widened by 3mm on the alloys themselves.

You need to get them machined out or run a spacer that covers the centre lip.

You would better to get them machined, I am guessing they are Scooby wheels in which case you may also need the bolt holes sorting as they use studs with nuts and will be too small for your bolts.

I concur!

Plus spacers if they are the scooby offset!
