There is already plenty of info on this common problem. Electricity will always take the easiest route to earth and if it cant get the easiest direct route it will take the next easiest route which is through another bulb to earth which is why you get these wierd things happening.

Who is going to search for now solved and what are the chances of it being the same solution in fact i would say that (pcb problem) is quite a rare instance of a bad earth more common for it to be the actual earth connection.
