i would pay good money for your pug mate. and probably a beter track tool than most golfs out there. even i get the blinkers off sometimes.
rarer than any mk2 apart from a rallye or 2dr syncro, a very nice engine and management, and the same track spec any golf would get. clean too.
id agree it is a wicked track tool but i dont want to throw 5-6k at the engine for another 35bhp and then it becomes un driveable on the road and needs regluar rebuilds
hence the reason mk2 gti with 20vt lump can easy get 300bhp be driveable and relyable
