When you mean loud, do you mean road noise or is it just the engine noise? I like engine noise but hate road noise as in the MKV.

I meant the road noise and not so much the engine... I dont mind the engine growl but the road noise is really bad especially on highways and when you are travelling at 140 km/h... with the wind noise as well... yup, you can hardly hear yourself think...

Dare I ask this but can the MKVI GTI be clocked by somebody who knows what they are doing with the right software?
