Such a shame though, I've just neglected her for about 12months it really wouldn't take too much to get her back to former beauty, although the wing would need doing (there's also a hole in the side of the drivers seat, doesn't affect comfort though). I just need to get ride of it quickly to transfer my insurance to my T5.

I was offering it to mates at work for £250, however nobody needs a car.

As for scrap value..... do scrap yards pay for cars? (Maybe that's worth a phone call tomorrow)

Nah don't scrap it! It would be such a shame to scrap what looks like a lovely motor, I'm sure someone on here will have it! Wait till tomorrow evening if possible when more people would have logged on and read this post

I agree, im 30 next year and i've only just taken ownership! :-) This is my second car though and on going project.

Not sure who Graham is but thanks for the personal message mate, and yes the car is still for sale.
Doesn't look like this site allows me to respond to personal messages (can't even find where I pick them up), so I'll have to talk here as the link in the email that came via the forum doesn't appear to work.

As I've said above I've bought a T5 which I'm picking up tomorrow and I'm working nights tonight hence the need to off load her today. Sounds a bit bogus I know :0/ so unless you're actually living in South Devon this probably isn't the offer for you.

I've a mate at work who'll have it for free tomorrow lunchtime if I get no sale today, so sorry guys I can't wait till the weekend as I need the parking space free for the van.

Well I'm asking £100 for the car and I've just paid £118 for 6mths tax till end of November.

Graham or Bellend, I'd be looking for £200 if I'm to leave the tax on it.

I'd best give it a little wash and get the gazebo out the back, and scrub the brake dust, can't believe I'm selling her. :embarassed:

Couple more points:
- Sheâ€™s not perfect and has spots of rust here and there which would all need attention if you were to keep her.
- However if itâ€™s a parts bin youâ€™re after the dash interior is immaculate and the engine runs and pulls lovely.
- Electric windows are a bit intermittent as well however all lock and close in the key.
- Sunroof works fine.
