sticking blocks could be overall costs and so far the two companies who have replied want a setup cost for both front AND back logos 
that isn't surprising... I used to get corporate clothing made a lot... they have standard jacquard set-up costs... not much of a way around it.
TONA would obviously cover any costs for their jacquard set-up
Maybe just keep it simps... just have a logo on the front for golfgti and not the back and then possibly very simple sponsor logos on the arms
