cheers everyone i am glad to be getting stuck into this project again

any idea whats causing the noise from the front? could it be the brakes binding from being stood-up?

not a clue yet i have just rebuilt the brakes they were touching the alloys but i spaced them out feels like something
is going to drop off does not drive well at all i might try bed them in on the driveway if i can over the next few days

Love the vent in the wing. Very 90s, looks bang up to date with the rest of the car.

had a fart about today putting a couple of bits and pieces back on
got the rest of the seats in had a play about fitting the leccy mirrors
cant get them to work they just click had another play with the exhaust
sitting a bit better just need to make up a few mounts

it now runs properly it was cutting out all the time idle valve plug had come off
stupid error but now fixed

anyway took a few snaps today since the sun was out
still needs a really good clean up inside and paintwork has some swirl marks
here and there

might be a issue getting off the drive when the splitter is fitted already ripped the one off my raddo

Glad to see its coming together

If I had to pick at anything (cos I'm like that, I'm the jealous sort), I'd remark that the slam panel would look nicer satin black rather than white. Mine was orange and it annoyed me as you could see it behind the grill, so I changed it

I don't think a semi will give the same results

Yep that would look good, its only the piece behind the grill/bumper than will annoy you over time, just like mine did

I bet you'll have it done tomorrow, its only 2 screws for the grill and 7 bolts for the slam panel

back on the road finally  flew through its mot lost the logbook so had to apply for another
been on the road 2 weeks now hit my first snags

distributor has snapped all its wires inside so the power aint there £350 for a new one but managed to bag one for £60
inner c.v boot has exploded somehow so its going off the road tomorrow for the weekend to get a few jobs done and check everything is still tight and give it a good clean

all thats left to do is the headlining bit of re-trimming here and there
get the exhaust sorted
get a intake pipe made up and a new airfilter
