Anyone seen a Mk6 GTI on the road in the UK?

Also saw an 09 plate one today but it was the MK V.

I have just come back from a 1000-mile drive through France and I didn't see any. In fact, mine is the only MkVI GTI I've seen in person anywhere. Maybe I will have more luck on my trip over to London today?

Saw another 09 plate mk6 in silver, but with 17's, yesterday in Gloucester

ive seen one everyday but that was my reflection in the shop window the only one ive ever seen on the road

And theres a black one around the south manchester area, saw it literally ten mins after I'd placed my order & came home with a rather large grin!

Seen 4 just yesterday!! ok 2 were at the dealers, and the other 2 were just round the corner and looked like test drives. the silver didnt really stand out much but the red was gleaming and caught everyones attention, mine especially

Have seen a red one and a silver one on the A41 near Chester, both looked good, the back looks better in real life I have to say. It was more the front that looks ordinary, just like any other golf, very had to tell a part a GTI and a standard Golf from the front from a distance.

Seen one in the outer suburbs of East Leeds in white. Very nice. That's it. Mine was the only one at the VW Festival at Harewood the other week too.
