Hi, what is the best way to bing my bumpers back to black permanently getting pretty sick of using the spray that only lasts about a day any good ideas anyone???

i cant remember fully but someone on here said something about boiling oil ? seesmy seed maybe :/

This post isn't too useful I'm afraid....

I used to use lindseed oil on the bumper plastic with my mk2 which worked very very well.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work so well on mk3 plastic...

I always use autoglym bumper care, seems to last a while.

either use boot polish then bumper care from auto glym or use black turtle wax car polish then bumper care,sounds weird but you will be suprised  :smiley:

hi mate i did mine yesterday with a heat gun and then autoglym bumpercare you can see the results in the mk3 section (your,e mk3 pictures) i would defo recomend it makes it a new car

I've used Autoglym bumper care , turltle wax back to black and shoe polish. Best results I had were from shoe polish.
