Ive got a car phone areial thing on the rear screen of my golf but the actual areial is missing, anyone got one they want to sell??

I can't understand why ud want it on there in this day and age with mobiles and the like,just take it off and if it leaves a hole venom do a blanking washer.

The issue is they can be hard to remove, I know as I have tried in the past.

The issue is they can be hard to remove, I know as I have tried in the past.

And a blanking washer would look odd on the top right of the screen, 
Im looking to keep the car totaly standard as it came out of the showroom in '95 because its really clean and the phone areial was fitted at the dealers when the car was ordered,

Ill try and get a picture tonight of the fitting, (think its either a 6mm or 8mm threded stud on the fitting)

Reason i ask is, if you cant get the oem part, it might be possible to get something that fits equally from another car maybe.
