Just to clarify the mkvi units shown currently on the lockwood site are a first stab, they have taken numerous measurements from a mkvi car now and their revised stepped sill covers will be available at month end. Vw have lots of options but their equivalent is about four times the price of lockwood.

I called VW customer care line 2 weeks back, plus the local deal tried to find out. Looks like there's no plans for LED lights as standard in the UK on GTI's at this time. They don;t have the specs for the 2010 yet (I was keen about that as my build week is 3!

Its a plea from Lockwwod international for a car to verify correct fit of their aftermarket sill covers - anyone willing to turn up in their car and allow final measurements gets a set foitted for free - expected to be around £30 a set BTW

I was looking around for tax disc holders and the above came up top of the google list.  Some "GTI" ones on ebay look ok, but i might go for a black pistonheads one.

A nice pair of neteen-shot M261 2.75" rocket pods on the wing mirrors (in place of the folding ones under the lux pack) for getting rid of them fat middle aged middle lane hoggers.

anyone found anything for 3dr and a bit toned down, still dont know if VW do their own yet.
