That's a terrible review. He was talking about Dick Turpin most of the time. And I like how he starts off on the French roads which he thinks are too smooth, then goes to England and drives it on the motorway. Didnt really tell us anything about the car at all.

The Heavy Oil GTI taking on an Audi A3 TDI:

The Audi is supposedly the premium car and it's cheaper than the GTD! Mind you the Golf looks a bit better specced and I know which one I'd rather have.

"comprehensive facelift"
"middle-aged hooliganism"
"built in bottle opener"
and that clothes peg he uses to hold his mic!

Not so much a review as a detailed walk through the specs interspersed with some nice wallpaper sized pics

(note they seem to cock up the description of ACC and in Oz they must have some kind of radar controlled speed thingy not bound for the UK)

That guy from fifth gear and his review on th GTI was b0llock5, understand why they went under. I agree he talked rubbish about Old Dick and nothing really about the car AND YOUR A CAR PROGRAM NOT THE HISTORY CHANNEL! :angry: Give me Clarkson anyday!

Regarding the GTI, don't forget parkers (formal review, lots of photo's plus also video).
