just about to buy somee

i have a mk3 golf 1.6GL
but i generally am not sure which ones i need?

anyone tell me?:)

where are you getting them from??? if its ebay then they should have more info, not just vr6 ones...but i believe they are all the same, and im pretty sure that its the top ones as youe 1.6 is not the 4x4 varient of the golf, 4x4 golf has different rear mountings iirc

going by what your car looks like right now, i wont be surprised if you need ther 4x4 ones, your car is HIGH :laugh:

4x4 ones dont drop it no more though :rolleyes:

erm off the hottuning website:) i'll go for the vr6 ones, should be the same

Hottuning ones are all the same. But better branded ones do sell different for the bigger engines and front axel weight.

Which probably explains one of the reasons why they are the sh!test cheapest coilovers on the market

Correct, I know a lot of VR6 owners saying they are underdamped and bottom out really quickly

Maybe, I would never use them again, yes they are cheap but I would save next time and get something better.

Get what you pay for to be honest. If you're on a budget and wanna deck your car then hottuning are the way to go.
