Either way whatever you declare, the insurance people will NOT want to pay out! But are quick enough if you miss a payment for it!!!
If you cant find it......Grind it

I tried to ignore this but I could'nt. What is the point of doing any mods to your car if it's not insured. For f@@k sake you said the other day Linz that you had spent £10k on the car, so if you have a bang you will either get very little back or f@@k all because you did'nt declare it. Don't take this the rong way and everyone is entitled to their own way of thinking but I would rather check with the insurance company first then have a remap etc etc. Might not cost as much as you thought also all your hard earned money would be protected.

Rant over.

That's about as good as having no insurance at all. It's not your own driving you need to worry about, its all the other twits on the road that don't pay attention.

And just a reminder of what others can do to your car, here is a pic of my brothers pride and joy after someone aquaplained into him and his wife whilst stationary waiting to turn right... They walked out of it luckily.

did this happen recently

This happened in May 07 Steve when they were on holiday in Cornwall... Needless to say he replaced it with another Mk4 which is the one he has now. Goes to show how strong they are as this was driven into at 50mph!

Ah thats alright, thought he'd been in a accident recently.
They are strong, its just the little things which let them down  :lipsrsealed:
