Insurance companies will find any which way possible not to pay. You can declare everything you want but if they find something thats not right and there is a lot of money involved they will run with it. Im not saying that they will find the remap should the worst happen, and I had a car like yours (and was a rageing puff or a girl) I know its something I wouldnt want to risk. Just my 2 pence.
