headlight bulb choice?
« on: 07 July 2009, 09:59 »
When i picked up my new MK4 yesterday the guy told me the headlights had different bulbs in them, one is blue halogen and the other a yellow colour???  :undecided:

What is the best bulb for my car? i would suspect the halogen ones.. is that right?
Thanks

Still getting used to this forum.
Does it not have like a "usercp" where you can see if people have replied to your posts?

We are too good sometimes on this forum. Use this link : http://www.powerbulbs.com/bulb_finder.asp?cat1=39&make_id=45&model_id=444&year_id=444&bulb=1

You also get a 10% forum discount using that website.

Great, will defo order from them, is the 10% automatic? or do i have to do something?

And what bulbs on there lol... im such a noob.....
Think i will get the halogen one out my car tonight and see what model that one is.
Is it simply pop the bulb out? havent looked under the hood at that kinda stuff too much yet.
i remember when i had a vauxhall corsa, and it was so compressed in there, u had to dissasemble the light to get the bulb.
