But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Quick question...

If someone, regardless of who they work for think the car is the best in the world, then why is that a problem for some people ? After all, don't we all think our cars are the best in the world ?

GTI mk6, 3dr Manual (Yes Manual! If I wanted a Taxi I'd hail one, not spend £1500 on one), Candy White, Full Leather, Xenons, ACC, 18", RCD510 + Dynaudio, DAB Radio, Winter Pack, Luxury Pack, Fiscon Bluetooth Plus, Golf R LED's.

no i don't

whilst some aspects i do think are better than other cars as a whole package its not; the chassis being a prime example

i really like my car (most of the time) but by no means do i think its the 'best in the world'

Well why is it a problem for people, when someone else thinks it ?

that is a question i can't answer.  For me a don't give two hoots what car other people drive.  As long as they don't crash into me i'm quite happy

I’m intrigued VWKev, what car is it that you currently drive?

You come across as though you may have been an M3 or more recently an RS4 driver.

So as Clarkson says, if I was an M3 driver I used to be a cock, and if I'm an Audi driver I'm still a cock ?

I don't own any car at the moment.

Picked up the Sun as it had the GTI article in the motoring section. Sister pointed it out to me.

I'm driving a car at the moment, civic type-r, its just not mine.
