got to spray up cam cover and mod it so you can see venier pulley

got some work on car done to day fitted petrol tank and straps picking rear beam up tonite to fit hopefully tomoz if weather is nice.can not wait for a few weekends of good weather.

rear beam was fitted and tank,as planned allso fitted carpets with new underlay after putting them in the washing machine on low heat. then in tumble dryer again on low heat and they came out mint.then fitted dash and rear seat,but had to replace drivers foam as it had gone.now all seats and dash are in will have to put some pics on soon.

pics of tank and rear axle



dash nearly complete and have fitted grey carpets to make it a bit lighter than the black i think it looks a lot better.hopefully start preping enine bay next week and start finishing rear axle off

1 side of bay done yesterday and fire wall done today but no pics yet and made front strut brace last nite. bring on the nice weather gets more done to car. more pics soon of bay

more parts have turned up,rear washer bottle bonnet sound proofing with fitting new bumpers hard plastic ecu cover and scuttle boot seal new tyres for winter wheel paint for bay and polished engrved strut tops pics to follow

pics off new parts then the progress over last week or so.



nearly finished prep on bay heres the pic


re-sprayed rear vw badge satin black and it looks good not so easy to get out with out damaging had to be careful


fitted rear coilovers and stub axles bearings/new discs sprayed black satin to stop rust while standing waxoiled inner of rear sub



mk3 rear axle looks a lot wider now fitted


now off the rear axle stands



thats it until tomorrow

got to spend a few hours today digging out parts for front sub and building it up heres the pics built up before fitting
