vac line internal diameter?

anyone know the size of the internal diameter of the vac lines on the FPR/DV on a 1.8T? All I can find is reference to diseasels

OD is 4mm isn't it?? so ID should be around 3.8mm  :undecided:

i bought 3mm to do my n249 bypass,fits dv and fpr like a glove :grin:

So did I... tight as a nun's c**t on the N112 and 1-way valve though!

Original is 4mm but you can use 3mm with no issues and from my searching and forge 3mm can be better. I'm using 3mm now and it's fine

looks like I'll be getting some 3mm ID hose then

only problem I found was getting it over the top of the DV. I'll order a metre 2nite so I've got some spare

I ordered 3m and probable still have 1m left, but always good to have some spare  :wink:

got my 3mm blue silacone from merlin motorsport at castle combe,£11 for 3 metres.forge wanted £18 for the same which included delivery
