Real performance aint really ever gonna happen! Just give it a good service and the engine will run great and be all it can be
! A modified air filter and exhaust system won't really help with performance but might smooth throttle response and make it sound a lot nicer!

i see i'll have to get a vr6 for speed:P
ah right thanks pete, i'm in the middle of modifying my airbox actually:)

the best way to get good performance from a 1.6 is...... clean the throttle body and give it a proper service using good parts (youll be amazed how much better the car will feel!)
