clonk sound now car feels wierd!

get some new bolts from VW though   think they are about £3 each or so

oh yh forgot abou the bolts!

iv just had a look at my mounts and the one which i thought has dropped is the driver side one by the coolant bottle...i have took a pic of it can comeone tell me if the way it is is normal or has a screw come out.. becuase the hole sticking out (in the pics) has not got any threads on it for a nut or screw 




heres my passenger side mount .. both nuts are not level one is more forward than the other again is this normal??
