See I'm not much of a fan of the Bora clocks either, I still think the R32 dials are the best

there is an outside chance that the EEPROM will corrupt and you'll be stuck with a car that doesn't move though i've never heard of it actually happening

you also got to make sure you reprogram the correct part of the EEPROM
