That's awesome, would be cool to get a golf done, would be interested to understand the durability, and more importantly the cost, one thing i thought was pretty shocking is the panel gap on the bumper to wing, its huge!

And as someone said on that thread - how does it affect your legal status on the v5 document, and therefore subsequent insurance?

I don't think it would affect your V5 at all - you'd have to notify the insurance company, but the car IS still red underneath.


Must cost a bomb though.....

but if it came up on a police number plate reader thingy and it was the wrong colour, you would have some explaining to do to plod and probably be breaking some law by not notifying the DVLA.

all you would have to do it change it on the V5 and send it off, no big deal.

I think that looks disgusting, but I hate white and I hate Ferraris.

I love the idea of wrapping, if they did Dark Burgandy Pearl I'd seriously consider getting my Golf done!

I was thinking of getting this done to my Black Ed30 as I didn't have the guts to choose Candy White when I specified the car.  :embarassed:
