Lamba Sensor Problem

I got the error above when i used my VAG.COM kit from Ebay (Totally recommended).

Whats the best actions to do; take it out and clean it or just replace it?

Also does anyone have a "how to change" process for changing this sensor?

Did you clear the code and rescan it?

i would try clean it first and clearing the codes. if it still comes up, the sensor is easy to change. jack the car up and u will see the sensor near the front of the cat, unsrew it carefully and follow the wiring. unclip it and put the new  the new sensor in. should be around £45-£50 from gsf or euro

Yeah I cleared the code and rescaned it and it came up straight away.

    * Short to Ground (WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?)
    * Injector defective (blocked)
    * Fuel pressure regulator defective
    * Fuel pump defective
    * Fuel tank empty

    * Check Lambda probe and Lambda control
    * Check injectors (N30...N33)
    * Check fuel pressure regulator
    * Check fuel pump
    * Check fuel level in fuel tank

Check the voltage of the sensor- 0.2volts (lean) or 0.8volts (rich)

I was quick to answer before and cleared and rescaned, the lambda sensor is fine. So no issue there.

Damn ebay company sent me the lambda sensor, do i fit it or not?

Why was there a lambda sensor error in the first place?
