Plastic sheet, basically.

Cut to size with a stanley blade.

I made cardboard templates first.

i can supply foam pvc too Nick and cnc it to the shape you want :)

Comes in 2, 3, 5 and 10mm. I would recommend 5mm for your purposes.

you still after the stickers?

btw - seat is looking gooooood :afro:

I am deffo going to use your services for the stickers but it'll be in a couple of months once I know excatly what sizes I need, the stripes are painted on and I've sourced some good images for you to knock them up from. :cool:

Unfortunately it's not just outside the house these days, so I can't check right now.

I suspect it was 5mm though.

You'll need a bit of webbing to replace the door-pull, too.
