2 seconds worth of searching on autotrader shows the cheapest golf cabby on there is 900 quid.

so why is everyone making up (and the copying what someone made up) 600

infact, the cheapest auto is £1400

haha not the first time hes done that either  :undecided:

and people on autotrader are always dreamers, would you buy a mk3 1.8 auto for 1400 or a mint and i mean mint mk3 gti for 1000.. common sense really

Sorry, won't happen again.

But people tend to buy a cabriolet because they want a cabriolet, not a gti.....

At the end of the day it is worth what someone will pay, what will put some people off is the fact it is an auto.

It lasted a while. Went passed 300000 miles, then it died, engine, clutch, rad ect ect. Sold it on as spares

paid £120 got £700 back in spares  :smug: :smug:

Then some guy gave me £500 for the shell

I know the guy that had it purchased it years ago from a REP. The guy i bought it off then did alot of journeys around europe with his wife but at a cost of it breaking down all the time (it was dying)

Good result with selling on in the end however.
