you can get dump valve kits for diesel engines but why you'd do that i've no idea!! Certainly ain't going to improve the sound

No offence, but I don't really see how? The only non VAG part I see on there is the ABT front splitter. . .

Its the front splitter and the 19" lambo wheels that spoil the look for me, both are non VAG. If you search through this site you can find some very nice mod'ed cars. I personally think less is more but thats just my personal taste.

Nope beige leather interior was always an option. I know it was always an option here anyway.

In the uk? 

Don't know tbh  I'd imagine it would be since we usually get fewer options than the UK.

beige leather was 100% a option in uk in 2005, i quite liked it at the time and nearly specced it. Glad i never looking at it now
