Left the mk3 at worked and drove the van home and left the mk2 in the garage.......infact havnt seen the mk2 since i put it in the garage and covered it up on sunday afternoon.

replaced oil pressure sensor. adjusted pas belt and alternator belt.  :grin:

I hit the fcuking kerb and took a big peice of my tyer off.about 1" long and 1/2" wide.the wheels were kerbed already when i got the car.only just had 2x new frount tyers for the MOT.Thay only done about 500 miles......... gutted   :angry:

Got the mk2 out the garage breifly when i got home from work,to fit the new chromed armour door plates  :smug:

I 'back to black'ed the plastics on my MK3.  Well, 'back to slightly darker grey'ed it to be perfectly honest.

Will definitely try the shoe polish route as it's so well used on the forum with good results bit I've got a bleeding great bottle of the Simoniz to go through yet.  Will be offering to do other people's cars to try use it up  :evil:

New rear tyres and ebc green stuff pads all round, maybe that will stop the wife drivin into the back of stuff  :laugh:

Just got some cheap Pirrelli P6000's for £42 fitted as gonna get some rubber for my TT Comps in a couple of months
