picked it up from the mechanics, painted my grill back to red and gave it a quick wash!

Washed it, and tried out my new Bilberry wheel cleaner. Awesome stuff, and smells really nice too!

gonna treat it to a clean on the inside as it passed mot yest and only advisory was a tyre gettin close to the limit,and got a lick of boiled linseed oil on the trim as had been mentioned as the stuff to use,and  gotta say well impressed ,£5 for a bottle and will last forever,cheers people

Noticed the front o/s wiper was rubbing on the scuttle, the whole thing was sitting off to one side (!) so gave it a tug and got it all lined up again central.
Gave it a good clean down (long overdue :undecided: ) and a once over on the in side.  Tyres shined up and looking proper nice again!

Removed and cleaned all sill covers and attachments, gave the sills a good clean and a thick coat of wax, replacement is reversal of removal...

motd it thursday, it flew through

yesderday a mate and i spent 5 hours cleaning/drying out the ecu again (3rd time) and half the sensors on the engine were full of water as well, dont know how this is happening but its getting annoying, took the ecu apart, done vagcom readings, everythings clear but the problem is still there!  :huh:

Got it back from the bodyshop woo-hoo!!  :cool:

And the doughnut that ran into me then drove off has owned up so no need to mess about claiming back an excess   :rolleyes: :cool:
