fitted a knew oil pressure sensor,oil temp sensor,light switch,checked all the fluid levels and gonna take her for a wash later :smiley:

Went to view a good few other golfs in it for my mate...got very p1ssed off with arrogant "lock up" dealers taking the proverbial, saying "meet my brother, he's at the shops in it"  or "my boss is out in it with the family" - do they want to sell the fooking things or what :angry:

Then finally drove all the way to nottingham and saw a 24,000 2004 plate Leon Cupra and he's bought it  :cool:

I got stuck into overhauling my rear brakes on my mk3 GTI, id like to say id finished but only managed to fit the new disc, pads, wheels bearings, hoses and cleaned up caliper on the passenger side as once i started the drivers side one of the caliper carrier bolts sheared out - MEH!!! ...looks like a trip to Halfrauds in the morning to get some bolt / stud removers.  :angry:

Got bonnet from worthing in X5, blew MK3 valver off roundabout :shocked:
Fitted bonnet drove home and snapped suspension roll bar link, feked CV boot, stripped link and cv boot ready to fit new bit if i can get em tmrw if not its the fiat uno back up until tuesday :sick:

VR6 splitter, rear handles on the front and painted my calipers, well half way there  :drool:
