completely striped the interior out of the mk2 in prep for it being a track slag :evil:

Failed it's MOT yesterday On 3 silly things

1. Leaky rear shock
2. Twisted brake pipe
3. No rubbers on pedals

so today, I will mostly be doing my car.

Well tonight i have removed the sun roof (hope it doesn't rain there is a plastic bag taped over the hole at the moment) removed the roof lineing, some more trim, and some bits and pieces of the dash and the steering wheel, tomorrow the dash is coming out :grin:

Just had to buy new lower arms and new inner track arms and a coolent sensor set me back a cool £370  :cry: on top of just servicing the car a week ago !

Well the dash is out!! Wiring loom out apart from engine bay side, removed the alarm that was fitted and didn't work (there are soem cowboys about that fit these things) Tonight i am going to try and get all the insulation out and give the inside a tidy up, next big job is relocate the fuse box and build new loom :shocked:

been and picked up a new steering wheel bolt and called into local vw breakers to aquire a octavia/fabia steering wheel  :wink: :smiley:
