got new centre caps for mk3 long beach alloys. really set the wheels off  :smiley:

Removed exhaust manifold, couldn't undo down pipe nuts so had to take off inlet and pull the whole lot up through, man that was tight :angry:

Went to the local scrappy, got a perfect slam panel for the mk2 £10  :grin:, six mk2's in there of various types and quite a few of mk3. Back there tomorrow to get a mint bonnet and osf wing.

today the mk2  has been given 2 new window wipers,  2 new drivers side door handels,  2 new frount wheel bearings and a cv boot.

and about to be offerd a new mk3 GTi rad with seat twin fans and a few more sillicone hoses
