National Mk2 Meet 2009 8 - 10th May 2009

Right, the mk2 golf owners club, is hosting the first mk2 national meet. It is at the billing aquadrom in northampton.
The cost is £13 - £15 pppn, dogs are allowed but at a cost, something like £3 a day iirc (and only certain breeds are allowed).
There will be a show and shine (BEST GTI/RALLYE/G60, BEST NON-GTI, BEST DAILY DRIVER, BEST NON-MK2 GOLF VAG [some from the club that dont own mk2s, including myself will be turning up in other VAG and non VAG cars], and I.C.E. SOUND OFF)

EDIT: forgot to say. To book tickets, you have to contact the billing aquadrome and mention you are buying tickets for the vw golf mk2 national meet. You can camp the weekend there too if you wish, make sure you bring a tent though, you will need to reserve one pitch if you a bringing a tent and a car. More info on the mk2 OC page anyway. Oh and latest you can book is 2 weeks prio to the event, so make sure you book soon if you plan to attend.

We need more numbers to come or else the organizers have to pay an extra £100. It is the first year the meet is help, as we all know first year is difficult, please easy the pain by doing your bit and turning up. Sign up on vwgolfmk2 OC and put yourself down on the list. Ta
