Take a minute to think what needs doing - supercharger - probably a full respray (its faded a bit)
Its a money pit - even if u could do most of it yerself.

Exactly, his misuse and abuse and the fact that it's going cheap could be the platform for someone that wants a raddo, and a G60 at that. A bit of money and TLC and it could end up being a corker

fair dos to the bloke to be honest. Not everyone is a vW nut, some people think a car is jst for getting around in. If we were all as passionate about dubs then they'd cost a fortune....

I like the honest description. Nothing worse than going miles out of your way to see a "one lady owner immaculately maintaned" motor to find a heap of sh!t.

anyone buying this knows exactly what they want and are going to get. I'd buy it if I had a few quid spare.....

i agree with gav. it is possible he liked the car but to ensure the person who turns up is under no illusion about the condition he has slated it.
i sold my mk1 escort a couple of months ago and despite the fact i gave it a very honest description ie body generally fine but needs new floor welded in as the old one was cut out in preparation for a new floor to go in (supplied), and as such if people could not trailer it away dont bid, i still got emails from peolpe asking if it had an mot could they drive it etc

The clues are all there to see.
The guy lives on a farm so drives on a long dirt/stone track from the main road. so loads of stone chips all over. he says he thinks the bonnet is faded, therefore it is. As i said b4 a full respray required.
Supercharger disconnected!!!!! if he loved the car he would have got it fixed.
Glued window surrounds! bodged by himself. What else has he bodged? Loads i'm betting
Its obvious it hasnt been serviced since he had it!

bag of nails.. yes things break on a car and yes sometimes you dont get them fixed but that is plain neglect! supercharger broke more like seized due to no oil! ......... paint work will be naff full respray!
its been hammered! and ran into the ground.....
