Is it possible to get hold of the black bit as the bottom?

no it comes as a complete unit!! (but you can get the tow eye cover)

no it comes as a complete unit!! (but you can get the tow eye cover)

For the tow bar that is in the middle?

Get a s/h bumper and am I sure you could remove it and swap it somehow.

Would not have come from the factory like that, it has been smoothed and filled.
