ive noticed he put the price down as i laughed at him for trying to sell an 8v for 4.5k. i loved that car and miss driving it but i wouldnt pay more than 2.5k for it

Im Looking for £4500 o.n.o as its rare to find a mk2 in this condition and would be nearer impossible to build this car for double the money.

This is getting funny nowdays, everyone wants crazy money for ***MINT*** (ie. been cleaned and has tyre wax) MK2's

I might throw a sponge super soft lambs wool mitt or two at mine and sell it, then I could pay off the national deficit of Ethiopia, mines got to be worth at least £9000, its *****SUPER MINT***** apart from big list of bits that aren't 

Unless that thing had been stripped to the shell, acid dipped and shot blasted, primed, under sealed and had all the under bits powder coated with brand new seals all round and an ABF to boot, it wouldn't be worth the bother. Its a MK2, it will break

Nice car, true though would cost more to put one right. It is complete and looks tidy.

Hate it when people take credit for stuff they have not done! I hope to put my 8v right by myself but I know I will be calling on friends. Cosworth conversion on the cards but engines are too much at the moment!
