Ditto... I had about 20% of my £525 premium added on for moving to a new estate with no history of crime.... no history AT ALL, IN FACT?  :huh:

It is based on the amount of incidents in you're area, doesn't matter if its a new estate, they go on the first 3 letters of your postcode and they put in a risk category of A-F I think, i'll post a list up and ask for it to be stickied.
