FFS - I've just seen this post. I'm the one selling the item.
Isn't everyone keen to rush to judgement on things before they've seen two sides to anything?
Coincidentally the item in question is in front of me and will get picked up tomorrow by DHL. It is well packaged and as described.
Thing is, if someone pays by Paypal I'll pack up and order the shipping for the next day, because I have the money and an address on that day, all together.
If you send a cheque in the post, don't expect it to move at amazing speed from Glasgow to Bristol, via Royal Mail, don't expect it to be cashed instantly as I have to take it to the bank - it was paid in 13th Feb. Don't expect the item to get shipped instantly as I won't ship it until the cheque is cleared and I've had time to check my bank account (not something I do every day).
Also, maybe it would be a good idea to put your address on a bit of paper bigger than two stamps, or it might get lost and I might need to ask for it again.
So yes, it might take a while to get what you buy, especially if at the same time I'm being mucked about on a monumental scale by some c*nt who's sold me a write-off Polo.
So, apologies for not rushing to ship what is a bloody cheap item. It will get to the buyer by the end of the week. No one is being messed about, I've just not managed to get something out the door *quite* as quickly as I might normally.
No one's getting ripped off here. £35 for front and rear Golf3 lights isn't too bad a deal, either.
