Golf SOLD. Replaced with a Yamaha Raptor 660 quad and loving it. This will be replaced in August with a Raptor 700. Sold the quad now got a Vectra GSI 2.5 V6 and its the nuts.

Brands Hatch massive. MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTED!

I've got some G-Maxx? springs on mine just until I get coilovers. Handling is much better and havn't let me down as of yet!

dont do it matey stick with well known names as w0ffle says! i brought some CHEAP -40mm springs off a company on ebay (KAT MOTORSPORT) for my GF's mk4 golf and what a mess it made, the front was more like -60mm and the back was -65mm and that was even before they settled plus i paid £125 to have them fitted so i paid £125 AGAIN to have the taken off and have some -30mm eibachs fitted! i was told to send the springs back for inspection this was over 2 months ago and i still havent had my money back! oh well live and learn! :cry:

I'd just get coilovers tbh, then there adjusable so you don't have that problem and your car will handle so much better!

yeah thats the cheapest i found it from PSI tuning! but thats including 4 wheel alinement!

A proper tuning company did quote £150 for mine but I just got a guide, done it myself and got it aligned for £15. Spot on so far  :cool:
