I want to do mine now but worried about damaging the car as i am a heavy handed short tempered B**tard lol

just just a hairdryer to heat up the glue, then use some tar remover to remove whats left

hmmm sounds easy just know how quickly i get stressed if things go wrong hence why i stopped working on cars and decided to pay someone to do it lol

If you de-badge the car it's like you've something to hide.  People see the GTI badge and think "oh aye, only a GTI, I'll have that".  Then you can surprise them :)
