That just proves you shouldnt believe all you read on the internet! :grin:
Besides this is the UK not Europe!
I mean the Golf is called a Rabbit in the USA! :sick:

The Vento was the name given to the mk3 Jetta in Europe. However, it DOES have some different features to the standard mk3 Jetta. The front bumper is deeper and wider (that's why Golf splitters wont fit Vento bumpers) and the bottom open slots are a slightly different shape. I think the rear bumper might be a little bigger or jut out a tad more, but I can't be sure of that one. The front grille also changes between the Jetta and Vento and from year to year. There's the 3 slot version with the curve and a straight 2 slot. I think there may be a straight 3 slot too, but I'm unsure.
The cars are identical otherwise, but in my opinion the fatter Vento bumpers look the shiz  :cool:

could buy a nice corrado vr6 for that price. Then you could have the hand built coupe version that falls apart more often  :cool:
