Fair enough (mine came with the wheels before you dig at me  )

Girl I know has a mk3 on 17's and looks sweet

Nothing wrong with Merc or Porsche wheels, it is the whole BBS thing that does my my head in.

Being an old bast&rd in VW land, it's funny to see some of it coming round again.

Same as, I'll have to try and dig out some pics of my first MKII after I had finished it. Mind you I was running 15's back then anyway as I went to AMD (back in the day when they were up in oxford way) and the guys there set it up with Koni adjustables Eibach springs and told me if I enjoyed driving don't go bigger than 15's. I followed their advice and the thing stuck to the road like sh!t to a blanket.

I love the euro dubs but I have to agree with the engine bay madness, nice if they want to do but I could never have an engine bay that perfect and actually use it. As for the outside, sure why not.

3 spoke wheels have never been right and have always occupied a special place in hell as one of the ultimate crimes against nature.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.
