I dunnno, I think as previously mentioned the key here is not to crash in the first place.
Perhaps if people didn't have all these driver aids and their cars didn't turn into bouncy castles at the first hint of a shunt they would concentrate a bit more on what they are doing? Driving to work on Thursdays with no ABS, TC or A/B certainly focused my mind.
Mind you most people don't give a sh1t about driving, it's merely a means of getting from A to B, leaving other drivers to look out, plan ahead and generally compensate for their lack of talent and or awareness.

But if you want a focused drivers car buy one, but don't expect it to have all safety/creature comforts of a family car.
