Same here. VW wanted 2 hours to fit my Forge one, just crazy.

Got recomended a local place to me by WhiteGTI and he only wanted 1 hour @ £45 and he owns a veeery nice blk MK5 himself.

Try a place called Solo in Burton - he's a VW man.

Just take it easy as if you get the turbo to boost up, it'll never make the requested boost and will be working overtime to try to reach it.
Without traction power is nothing!

TT would it be possible for you to check this out for me?

"ETKA lists this for the Jetta, and the old G valve for the GTI.  Weird"

And also listed for the passat from 05 and the eos??

I presume the jetta is the tfsi and not the newer type. I'm told the passat is also listed for the same part?  I didnt get it done thursday due to the snow but this new dv seems to be the most popular mod out there at the moment and many are taking their forge ones off to replace with these?

Thanks

Ryan

Replacing their Forge one with G spec VW valves? Whats the point, Forge one is just as good if not better.

Silly people wasting money imo.

No this one alan http://www.golfmkv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75232

Its apparently performing better than the forge but TT has said since its not yet listed as the latest update for the tfsi then its a bad idea and suspects its only designed for the newer tsi engines which have a different turbo?
