I'd say yes, if they'll let you in.

There are enough people into motorsport down there - there's even a guy with a 16V G60 motor in a Corrado which looks very sweet.  These people are getting stuff done somewhere and it ain't sloppy.

I'll see if a mate knows anywhere that would do the work for you.
