Hi Dinky, I dunno what the revs are without looking but if I remember I'll have a look on my drive home tonight, but there's not any untoward engine noise though that's for sure.  :(

No worries Dinky. I did remember to have a look at the revs too on the way home on Friday, I reckon, when driving steady and changing from 3rd to 4th I only hit about 1400 rpms, hope this helps.  :)

mines idling at about 600rpm and sounds rough...

I would adjust it by my idling adjust screw is broke..  :'(

Mine is idling at an indicated 1200 rpm on the rev counter, but I will check it with the MFA later, however the idle screw is wound right down and it would appear that I cant reduce it any more. I think it is idling high then.
I don't own this anymore - I just can't be arsed to change the picture

If you're idle screw is all the way in and you're still getting a high idle then unmetered air is being drawn..........in other words, you have a vacuum leak.

Dinky, mine is spot on 1000 rpms when it's warmed up and it doesn't budge at all, it's spot on. I'm just showing off now  ;)
