oil cooler and housing was a lucky find of an ldv turbo van few mods and fitted perfectley under intercooler couldnt find camera at time to take sum pics not quite finnished yet
modified slam panel made intercooler part of slam
running 3/4 oil cooler hoses wot a f**kin pain in the arse to fit sandwich plate with the hoses

bout time i made inlet manifold look a bit better
cleaned here up ready for a alloy plate to be welded on

pre heating plate and manifold  cold day and plus welding with mig so wanna make sure done as much as i can to get a good decent weld

made plug welds on on front of manifold want a nice clean look to front edge and plan is weld all around the sides and dress up with grinder

plumbed the waste gate into vacum to see wot sounds like
this video bout 3 rd time starting engine sounds bit noisy
sounds sweet now  :laugh:
got 3 inch maf comin this week and some bosch red tops
chip ecu for now just want it on the road then look and fitting stand alone ecu ive got
at a later date

start to see wot needs to b done to fit strutt brace
this side fits no problem
